It has been a long time since I last posted anything on my blog, so this is my first post of the year 2020.
I thought I begin my first blog post of 2020 with my top 3 new year resolutions, perhaps you will find them interesting enough to incorporate them into yours.
- Stop procrastinating: Procrastination, I think is one of my biggest barriers, sometimes I find myself with all these amazing ideas and things that I want to do but never do anything about it. So this year, I would love to change this behavior.
2. Learn to live in the now: Living in the now is one of the best lifestyle changes anyone can do. We often concentrate on the future or worse, the past instead of where we are at this very moment. We find ourselves wishing for a better car, house, partner. Not that any of these is bad, but we forget to appreciate what we already have.
3. Write more blog posts: This might not be so important to you or significant enough to include in your new year resolution, but it is quite important to me. I spent the whole of last year postponing and postponing. So I have decided that this year is definitely going to be different.
