Some would say that Castro oil is the new coconut oil. But let’s face it, who doesn’t want flawless, glowing skin and nice shiny hair.
This is the most common beauty concerns that we face today which often leads us to try several varieties of products just, so we could find the right one. But, the good news is that there are better ways to get pretty that is pure and simple and Castor oil is one of them. Castro oil is simply defined as a vegetable oil which is obtained by pressing the seed of the plant and, very rich in antioxidants. If you are familiar with antioxidants, you know that they are very good for you. Majority of us has probably heard that castor oil is a natural beauty ingredient that can solve most of our skin problems. But the truth is, we know about it, but we never really incorporate into our daily lives. We rather buy that expensive moisturizer that is most likely made with Castro oil than using Castro oil itself. Is mine right or wrong? Well, the good news is I’m here to remind you of some of the benefits Castro oil has.
According to research, Castor oil has been used for thousands of years for a remedy for hair, skin and other related issues. It is a perfect combination of beautiful hair and supple skin. Castor oil contains Vitamin E, proteins and Omega 6 & 9 that are the key components responsible for good hair and skin.
It helps to prevent hair fall, premature greying of hair also fights any scalp related issues. Moisturizes the hair and along with accelerating hair growth.
For your skin, it helps with pigmentation, acne or aging, and prevents stretch marks. Castor oil is an amazing solution of it all.
Castor oil is also a rich source of fatty acids which makes it a great moisturizer, especially in winter when inside air is dryer.
Castor oil is also great to rub into the cracked cuticle and dry heels, on to chapped lips, or on any spot that needs extra moisture.
This is one of my favorites, Castor oil also acts as a laxative. According to an article I recently read by (NDTV FOOD) Researchers, have discovered that the main fatty acid in castor oil called the ricinoleic acid binds to receptors on the muscle cells of your intestinal walls. This causes those muscles to contract and push out the stool and thus, relieves constipation. Believe me, I have taken it many times. Castor oil works effectively and quickly when taken during the day. From personal experience, take one tablespoon of the oil once a day. Since it has a very strong taste, some suggested chilling it a bit before consuming in order to mask the flavor.
Inexpensive: We all know how skincare products, facial creams, and oils, can be quite pricey. Castor oil is relatively low-cost and shares many similar properties, such as promoting a healthful complexion or moisture in the skin. And of course, 100% natural. It can’t get any better than that can it
Now, there are many types of Castro oil out there. But I would recommend that you go organic cold pressed Castro oil.
